Communication Training | Leadership Development

Led the design and development of the Communication pillar for a hospitality organization’s new leadership development program. The solution combined an interactive digital module with a supporting Learning Guide to help leaders strengthen communication skills critical to team engagement and performance.

This work focused on translating leadership expectations into practical behaviors, using scenario-based learning and guided reflection to support application in real workplace conversations. The resulting experience was designed to scale across the organization while maintaining a strong, human learner experience.
