Camp Bow Wow relied heavily on paper-based training materials, including a lengthy employee handbook, to onboard new Camp Counselors. With a predominantly young, frontline workforce, the organization needed a more engaging, accessible, and scalable approach to training that better aligned with how employees learn and work.

Helped modernize the organization's learning strategy by rethinking how training content was structured, developed, and delivered. Focused on transforming traditional, text-heavy materials into learner-centered experiences that emphasized engagement, practical application, and accessibility for a younger workforce.

THE LEARNING SOLUTION
Transformed the existing Camp Counselor handbook into an interactive, self-paced eLearning experience developed in Articulate Rise. The redesigned onboarding course incorporated visual content, bite-sized lessons, and interactive activities to introduce essential operational knowledge, responsibilities, and expectations in a more engaging and approachable format.
